Admission
ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Contact the preschool at (808) 623-3332 ext. 200 to schedule an observation of our environment.

After the observation, an Admission Application and Program Application will be offered. Fill out the application forms, and return them by the designated due date with a non-refundable Application fee of $75 and a Comprehensive fee of $250.00.

A list and packet of Required Documents will be sent to you to complete. Read, fill out, and sign the documents and return them by the designated due date. Enrollment of your child is not secured unless the required documents are received by the due date. Applications are accepted on a first come, first served basis.

A Final Orientation Packet will be sent giving you pertinent details for your child’s first day of school and our school’s Parent Handbook will be included.
Admission Requirements

To enter school in the Fall, children must reach the age of three by December 31st  of that year. The children entering school after December 31st must be 3-5 years old. Presentation of a birth certificate or birth registration card is required.

Testing may be required for new students entering Kindergarten.

Parents must present a complete Health Examination Record (Form 14), with evidence of a physical exam, complete immunization record, and a TB clearance (Mantoux skin test) PRIOR to the child's first day of school.

Parents must complete all necessary forms, in particular, the Emergency Information and Release Authorization Form prior to the start of school.

Parents must pay all fees and the tuition as designated in their Contract for Educational Services.

Parents may be requested to submit reports from other preschools the child has attended.

Children must be potty trained. |
